1. How quick is the turnaround time at Hollywood carts and racks?

Well as always we do our very best to deliver our product ASAP. However depending on the complexity of the task at hand sometimes turnaround may not be as soon as some might like. Custom projects do take time I hope all our customers will understand this.

2. What kind of materials are you able to fabricate?

We are able to weld and machine all different types of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, sheet metal etc.

3. What kind of finishes do you offer on your finished products?

The most requested finish is power coating, which is baked on to give it a bullet finish that will last for years. Enamel coats are also available in hundreds of custom colors upon customers request

4. What are the advantages to customization?

The advantage to customization is to give the customer an option to tell us exactly what he or she desires. We do the best to give our customers what there after

5. Do you sell replacement casters for your carts and other carts?

Yes we do and have a full line of casters for all carts. We can modify any existing cart you might have for a wheel mod.

6. Do you do modifications?

Yes we do, we can modify any cart we've made in the past to the customers request. We can also modify any other carts made by our competitors.

7. Do you have the ability to store and work on large trucks and trailers?

Yes we do we have a large lot at present we are modifying a 48' feature trailer with racks.

8. If a cart ever gets damaged for any reason can it be returned for repair?

Yes repair is always been a part of my company. Depending on the amount of damage this is normally a quick turnaround.

9. What do you have in inventory?

Hollywood Carts and Racks is currently working on stocking all of the most commonly asked for products and Some of our most common carts are the Cable cart, Century stand, and the 4x4 combo cart and were doing our best to keep these carts in stock.

They're available upon request just leave a request in the estimate page. Were currently working on hats also!

12. Will I be able to get that custom artwork that I've seen on your carts and racks?

Yes, most of the time I include this as a finial touch to my work. We like the 40's and 50's here. But we can also tailor to any finial artwork you might like thanks to my good friend Scott.
